Dynamisches Gleichgewicht
Mit breiten Borsten-Pinseln bringt Andreas Kuhn die Farben in dynamischen Pinselschwüngen auf die Leinwand.
Durch die pastose Konsistenz der Ölfarben bleibt jede Pinselspur als reliefartige Struktur sichtbar.
Der Künstler überlagert oft mehrere Malschichten, um ein komplexes Gewebe zu bilden.
Durch diese Farbstrukturen wird das Licht so gebrochen und reflektiert, dass das Bild aus jedem Betrachtungswinkel anders und in Bewegung befindlich erscheint.
Stets geht es um das Ausbalancieren aller Bildelemente und das dynamische Gleichgewicht unterschiedlicher Betrachtungsmöglichkeiten.

Dynamic Equilibrium
With wide bristle brushes, Andreas Kuhn applies the paint to the canvas in dynamic and swinging brush strokes.
The pasty consistency of the oil colors allows each brush trace to remain visible as a relief-like structure.
The artist often overlays several painting layers to form a complex tissue.
The light is refracted and reflected by these color structures in such a way that the image appears different and in motion from every viewing angle.
It´s always about balancing all image elements and the dynamic equilibrium of different viewing options. And about
